Our task is finally finished. And today we gonna prepare to give that task to bang Nazry.

As usual we are must gather in cafetaria before 8 am and having a breakfast. I always eat sandwich in the morning and a glass of hot tea. Oh ya guys, i have two experiences that wrong delivery. I order a teh ais or ice tea and apparantly is it a ice tea with milk (teh tarik). It happens twice, because i always forgot.

We were arrived at USM earlier than before. Because start from today, we will be drop for the first. I thought the people was gather but there is yoga only. And slowly the others come. At 9.15 am, bang Nazry told us to having presentation about KIK. He give us two hour to read the material of KIK. At less than 12 pm we started the presentation. Start from fathin, mimi, kak ufa, dhika and me.

I don’t know why but today bang Nazry have a good mood. So, he told us to back home earlier. It such a good news! Ya, at the same time my stomach get hurt.

Because we back earlier, magic and friends ask us to do lunch. Ah.. Accidently our driver can’t pick up us, so we must using public transportation. That’s why magic invite us for lunch, because he will drop us to the nearest bus station.

We eat Nasi Kandar. Magic choosed nasi kandar because i told him that my other malaysian friend give me a recomendation for trying nasi kandar. I pick nasi kandar with chicken saos and a glass of milo. I think nasi kandar is similar with Nasi Padang, but the different is nasi kandar too much curry. I don’t really like curry.

Finished our lunch, magic drop us into bus stop. And ya, we will waiting for the bus. While we were waiting, we took some pictures. When we arrived at campus, we also took some pictures.

At the night, as usual we are hang out in cafetaria. Having dinner and a lil conversation with others.

I’m glad that i have a sleep tight at the night. Because before sleep, i do some treatment for my self. It was reliefing…

Today, the schedule is going to my intern place. As usual, we do breakfast before 8am. Because at 8am our van will drop us. For the first day of intern, all of us will drop by the campus facilities. We have different place with Dana and Feno. Feno and Dana’s place more far than us, so they will drop first. It takes 1 hour to reach their place. And the next trip, is our place. We have internship at USM (Universiti Sains Malaysia) the top 6 of best campus in Southeast Asia.

When we arrived, they are welcoming us. They gave a lil bit presentation about their work. Btw, here there are PBU students who also doing internship. So, we are not alone, we have new friends here. We also met bang Nazri, the right hand of JPPA (Jabatan Pembangunan dan Pengurusan Aset). So, bang Nazri is our leader. After they welcoming us, they show us the room for the internship.

Our first day of internship end early, so Ms Veen bring us to Anjung Indah.

Anjung Indah is top hill in Balik Pulau. So we can see the Balik Pulau from the top. We also can see the Politeknik Balik Pulau buildings. We take a lot of picture with Ms Veen and Mam Ili. It was so fun. And the place is quiete peacefull. There is no monkeys, no animals. It’s more safe for us.

The final stop is of course PBU. We have to do lunch because we were so hungry. After lunch we clean up ourselves and praying.

Suddenly, Dhika ask us to come to library. He told us that he really want to study in the library. Ah, i forget to told. We have task from bang Nazri, so we have to finished it as soon as possible. And Dhika give us the advice for finished it at the library. When we were arrived at the library, we met Syamil (the student buddies) accidently. We spend the time until the library closed. And we continue our task in cafetaria. Because were hungry.

At the night we still finished the task in cafetaria. Until the cafetaria closed. Of course we still not serious while doing it.

Yippiiiiieee!! Can’t wait for tomorrow!

Honestly three of us still having jetlag and need more some rest. But, we have to do the activities based on the schedule.

Also FYI, in the night i can’t sleep tight. Maybe this is the effect of addapt to the new place. I woke up at 5am KLIA times, which it means 4am Indonesia time. It’s so early i guess, but for spend the time i do browsing the internet. At 6am i take a bath and waking up my friend, kak Ufa. Both of us really really lazy to move at that morning. But again, remembering Ms Veen already waiting, we gonna prepare faster.

Then we meet the buddies in cafetaria at 8am. And directly go to Lecturer’s room. We have breakfast there. We eat Nasi Lemak, Bihun Goreng, and some snacks.

We have some funny moment when we were breakfast. Our friends, Dana and Feno was feeling spicy hahaha. Maybe because their local place is not really like to eat spicy food. Different with me, i really like to eat spicy food. And FYI, i bring the chili powder for ny stock if i meet not spicy food.

This day, we have campus tour. So, we were going to their classroom, their laboratorium, their lecturer’s room, the library and the other place.

First of all, we met their Director. Such a humble person i think. We sharing and do some photos. I am and my Politeknik Negeri Padang’s candidate give something like souvenir to the Director. And seems like the Director was happy😁

Then, we have meeting with puan Hamidah, cik emi and puan Wahidah. We sharing anything information we have. We have a great sharing.

After that, we were going to their classroom, seeing their study process, going to their lab, seeing their practicum and the last we were going to their library. And… This part was amaze me.

The library was so big than my campus have. They have some parts at there. Like we need to open the other door to enter the other room even it’s the same floor. The thing that make me interest is the colour. They make different colour for each part. Like orange, purple and green. Really make my eyes feels so comfort. They also give sofa here, so you can sit more comfy. And they have the machine, the auto machine for returning the rent book. But when we want to try, there is a lil bit problem. I really like the library, maybe this place gonna be my fav place beside my room hahaha

Campus tour was end. We must to prepare the next schedule. We were going to KOMTAR, a mall that located in George Town (the capital city of Penang). We bought anything we need here. We spend our times untill 8pm. And we back to the campus. The distance of Komtar and the campus is 1 hour. So, ya it take long time. All of us really tired and sleepy in the bus..

Now, i’m gonna telling you my journey in SEA-TVET batch 4. I’m from Politeknik Negeri Padang, but i was born and grow up in Riau.

Monday, August 19 2019.

At 6 am Indonesian time, we gather at Baypass road and go to Minangkabau International Airport.

Our flight is about 8.25 am but we were check in earlier than the schedule. Because we were afraid it’s gonna take long time at the imigration session. Luckly, we did it all with smooth way. So we finished all the procedure half hour before boarding time.

And then, we flight as the schedule. We arrived at KLIA about 11 am KLIA time. We have another flight to Penang at 16 pm KLA time, so we decided to waiting the flight while looking the local SIM card and looking some foods to eat.

Finally, after waiting so long for the flight we do boarding time at 17.40 pm KLA time. Three of us really tired after this flight. We got some jetlag, maybe(?). Oh ya, we waiting the bagage so long and it takes so many time. After we got the bagage, we went to toilet first before go out. Because we felt like our outfit messy enough hahaha. We clean up our self and then ready to go out. But, my friends Dhika saw the brochure about Penang. So we take it free while laughing together. Maybe this is the embrassing one hahaha.

While we walking go out, we heard noisy voice that say “HAI” gather. Three of us of course automatically shocked because we thought departure arrive is quite far and also we thought it was a buddies for other people. But after they show us the paper “POLITEKNIK NEGERI PADANG” we directly met them. They were really warm to us. It’s make me so comfortable.
